Enrolment Requirements
To place your child on Wait List, please come to our Kindergarten
personally with your child's birth certificate and make payment
of a NON-REFUNDABLE Administrative Fee of $100.00
(either cash or cheque). For cheque payment, please issue the
cheque made payable to Nanyang Kindergarten. We do not accept
any phone, email or fax requests to place your child on Wait
List. We will contact you if your child is successful in his/her
application.
For children born in 2009, please come to our school to place
your child on the Wait List from 4 January 2010 onwards.
For children born in 2010, please come to our school to place
your child on the Wait List from 10 January 2011 onwards.
For children born in 2011, please come to our school to place
your child on the Wait List from 10 January 2012 onwards.
Registration Procedure
Priority will be given to children who fall into the categories
mentioned below:
- Phase 1: Siblings
of children currently studying in Nanyang Kindergarten
- Phase 2:
Siblings of ex-students of Nanyang Kindergarten
- Phase 3: Children
of ex-students (Parents) of Nanyang Kindergarten - Upon graduation
from Nanyang Kindergarten
- Phase 4A:
Any of the parent who is Nanyang Alumni member
The remaining vacancy will then be given to
the children in the Wait List based on first-come first-served
basis.
Once your child is successful in securing a place in Nanyang
Kindergarten, we will need you to bring along the following
documents for official registration:
1. Child's birth certificate – Original &
Photocopied.
2. Both parents’IC – Original & Photocopied.
3. Two passport-sized pictures of the child.
If you fall under any one of the priority categories
as indicated above, you will be required to present supporting
documents for verification such as your graduation certificates,
report book, receipts etc.
Withdrawal Procedure
For withdrawal, please inform the school in writing at least
1 month before the withdrawal date. The letter should include
the reason for withdrawing your child/children and be signed
off by the parent or guardian.
Please note that once your child/children is/are
withdrawn from Nanyang Kindergarten, you will be put on our
waiting list should you choose to enroll your child/children
into Nanyang Kindergarten again.
Upon the 2nd registration of your child/children into Nanyang
Kindergarten, you have to pay the Registration Fee and the Building
& Development Fee again.
